City Access New York celebrated a major milestone on July 14, officially opening its new headquarters in Bulls Head.

The event commemorated 20 years of providing services and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony, held at the organization’s new home at 1911 Richmond Ave., brought together individuals served by the nonprofit, their families, board members, community leaders, business partners and supporters.

Hosted by the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce, the event also marked City Access New York’s transition from its longtime Castleton Avenue location, where it first launched its mission two decades ago.
